A bit of ideas

Ola and Bonjour!
We are sooo excited to post this as this is our first entry and our very first step in accomplishing our project.
The blood that we have inside our body is composed of red blood cell, white blood cell and platelet. Red blood cell has the highest amount and that is why our blood are red in colour. White blood cell have several types and they act as soldiers or guards in our body.

White blood cells (WBC) protect from invaders

When bacteria or virus enter our body, we get sick such as fever, cough or flu. So, in order to be healthy again, the white blood cell in our body will fight the invader. As for platelet, when we bleed, the blood will eventually stop after some time right? This happen due to the action of the platelet.
Platelets sticks together to help in blood clotting ( theawkwardyeti)

As for now, I am sure you have understood the function of white blood cell and platelet. But…. What is the function of the red blood cell? I mean like I’ve written earlier, the red blood cell has the highest amount so the function must be important right..?? Yess you are right.
Ever wonder how does the oxygen travels in our body? From head to toes? Like the one we learn during secondary school- when we inhale we get oxygen and we exhale we remove carbon dioxide..? Remember? What we learned is true but the process only explain how we get oxygen. Did you know, for our organ to function properly, they need oxygen supply. For example our kidney, our heart and all the other organ.
This is where the red blood cell comes in. When our heart beats, it pumps the blood to all parts of our body. The red blood cell will carry the oxygen. So in short, oxygen will be transported to all parts of our body by our blood. Then, our organ can function without any problem only when they get enough oxygen. It is similar to us, we can die from not getting oxygen as we cannot breathe right? So does the organs. To function well, they would need enough oxygen supply. Do you know that you can risk being in a coma state if your brain doesn't get oxygen within 5 minutes?? *BREATHEEEE*

That’s all from us for our first entry. Keep on reading to know about a condition call anemia, which arised from the problem with our blood.
Stay tuned.
